Results in practice

What happens when culture becomes a system.

Two cases in large Brazilian retail operations.
Grupo Big · Walmart Brazil
R$7.5B

The culture that became an acquisition price.

We rebuilt the culture end to end — the “Jeito Big”: engagement from under 60% to 76% in two years and +3.7 pts of margin. The turnaround led to the acquisition by Carrefour.

Leaders trained
14K

Brazil's largest retail integration.

936 stores and 150K people. We trained 14,000 leaders and Brazil reached the highest NPS in the entire Carrefour Group in 2024.

Author & researcher

Not a hunch. A method with a name.

The 15 Codes, organized into three forces — Awareness, Courage and Consistency. The methodological spine behind everything I do on stage, in programs and on boards. The book O Novo Código da Mudança is available in Portuguese.
